Plan Your Wedding

Heliconia All-Inclusive Wedding Package starts from $20,000 with an option to remove or add services to each packages. Customized packages are available.

Heliconia All-Inclusive Wedding Package includes Plumeria, Hibiscus and Orchid Wedding Package plus the following:

  • Hawaii Wedding venue valued up to $4500 in venue fee.
  • Experienced Hawaii Event Planner will assist you with all questions you have about your wedding and Hawaii vacation, budget management, deposits, style and design, vendors communications, and all details needed to be taken care of in connection to your wedding day and activities!
  • Photographer - 3 days coverage to capture your vacation on the island.
  • Extra premium videographer - full day coverage
  • Upgraded Floral arrangements - 1 bridal bouquet, bride crown for reception, up to 6 bridesmaids bouquets, groom lei, 6 boutonnière, arch arrangement, floral canopies for ceremony, and dining tables, aisle decor, dining table decor, cake topper, sweetheart table arrangement, cocktail tables decor, welcoming table, welcoming sign
  • Hair and make-up - 1 bride + up to 6 guests, including travel fee and extra makeup & hair stylist
  • Upgrade Transportation package - 2 shuttles for bridal party (groom and bride drive separately), up to 2 shuttles for guests (up to 118 guests) - round trip - Waikiki to Wedding Venue and back, limo for bride and groom (for the big exit)
  • Shell Boutique & Real Coconut Hat Boutique - gift shop activations available for your guests to choose their Hawaiian wedding favor

  • Famous Shrimps or Poke plate - Lunch on the beach.
  • Haleiwa Town - River Kayaks, Paddle boards, SUP.
  • Tropical treat, fruits platters & snacks available on the beach for guests.
  • Shopping available in historical Haleiwa town.

    • 5-6 hours of bar service. Including custom bar front (Sandy Bar), bartenders, cocktails mixes, ice, all bar tools, bar tables and black linens, alcohol store pick-up and delivery.
    • Pina-Coladas served in a pineapple & 2 signature cocktails.
    • Passed Appetizers - 2 of your choice, busing tables service and trash removal included.
    • Tableware, Glassware & wooden catering display table (glassware available up to 50 guests, any more, we will have eco friendly cups available. Purchase extra glassware from rentals company will be accepted).
    • Refreshments stand - non alcoholic refreshments - Infused water & POG (passion fruit guava and orange juice).
    • All you can eat buffet dinner including beautiful display table, flowers, server, chefs, chafing dish and kitchen/prep equipment.
